Bluff Gaming online poker players transferred to Enet Poker Network are experiencing further obstacles to their continued poker action this week. As a matter of fact, Enet is still trying to sort out a problem with Bluff owners IG and Partners over non-compliance with the original agreement.
No official statement has been issued on what the dispute is about, although according to unofficial ones IG and Partners have failed to make an agreed payment to Enet.
The original agreement, from the players perspective, was that Enet would provide a home for the Bluff Gaming players, paying them if they raked an amount equal to their account balance. But incidentally this week Enet informed Bluff players that their accounts would have to be ‘temporarily’ blocked because the agreement has not yet been “….fulfilled from Bluff side.”
The Bluff Gaming closure has once again put the Malta regulator LGA on the spotlight regarding secured player balances.
