Word has been spreading around the online gambling industry these days that Everest Poker’s two struggling poker rooms – one holding a Malta and the other with French licensing, plan to leave the current software provider and transfer to Playtech’s iPoker network.
These rumors may easily turn out to be true, especially having in mind the benefits of the iPoker network, which includes not only a range of games, but the highly popular fast-fold “Speed Holdem” poker variant.
Still, there&s still the question of whether the two poker rooms will be able to get into the top tier in iPoker’s imminent segregation of its operators into two tiers, due to very stringent requirements.
We will follow the issue and provide further info as the case develops.
