An advisory was sent to players and affiliates this week by Red Star Poker, an online poker room on the Revolution Gaming Network, that it is no longer taking new US player registrations.

However, it was specified in the note that exisiting US punters players will be allowed to continue playing on the site.

The reason for this policy change has not been specified, but Red Star Poker is not the only operator on the Revolution network to make this move. Others include Poker World and Intertops.
